What is your health worth?  We offer affordable care for everyone, often less than using “health insurance”. 

Care for any individual established in our office anytime is just $30 per visit. We also offer pre-payment discounts for monthly membership programs, for example for an individual just $100 per month, or for a family just $175.*

You are welcome to use your insurance policy – just request your insurance receipts and you can get them from us to submit to your carrier for direct reimbursement.
